its best to say that a good motivation is all that is needed to get someone to do something. and guess what. ..... today i just got the best motivation to start something. it is clear that since april (where i started working in the office) i'm starting to develop the typical office working condition syndrom. lack of exercise. and it is showing.
for start. its the pants . out of the three that i usually wear to work, one of them started to shrink (blaming it on the washing machine!!!). usually i manage to have a slight gap everytime i zip em up, but this time around...... u get the picture.
then, there's the ever vocal people that surrounds u. mostly from those who hasn't seen u for quite a while. it usually start like this : "amar, ko makin sehat ah!" , which incidentally i just heard a couple of days ago from a long time friend of mine who's been missing for some time.
i definitely admit that the hours usually spent doing exercises and training and sports are far less now compared to earlier this year. most of them are now being replace with less physical activities such as bersidai sane sini, borak and bisnes on weekend (ehem, ehem....) eventhough working out and joggin' and runnin' and weight trainin' in the weekend helps me to control it, but the cummulative effect of the 24hr x 5 days of non-rigourous work definitely doesn't help. the least is that i manage to slow down the so called "cummulative effect"
SO, what i decided to do is. starting August :
1. start to live a healthier lifestyle. no late nights entertainment. early sleep.
2. 20 min of indoor workout daily / 2days . sit ups, squats, push ups, 15kg weights.
3. bowel control. no more makan ikut suke ati, or jadik MBSA/Alam Flora (mem"bersih"kan pinggan org lain)

4. leisure activities cut down. budget deficit on a monthly basis gotta stop, or divert the budget allocation into more useful n meaningful activities.

5. solat sunat lebih2kn .
6. bulan puasa dh dekat, nanti dah puase lg makin kering ko jadik. so need to bulk up on the muscle mass by end of august (high protien?)
7. goal is to reach better physical and health condition by october/ mid november. how do i determine that i've manage to achieve it, u say ? well, tahts for me to decide and for u guys to find out later. hahahahahahahhahaa !!!!!!!!!!!
ok back to the earlier story. my motivation. simple actually. current employment with my modelling agency is up til end of this year. so, to continue, i just need to show that i'm worth their time and money to be employed !
