fresh new start

its been a while since i post anything on this blog. to be exact, well ...... i cant . i've lost count of the days i've spent since the last post.

but ever since the last post, quite a lot of things happened. nothing much interesting, but i guess its worth a mention here.

from one raya to another raya. what a suitable time to update this freakin' lousy blog of mine.

work have been steadily increasing, without the pay being near similar to the workload. i guess thats part of the perks of being the worker that i am .. i'm officially a working stiff, i guess !!

so its end of the year alerady.(already ?!?!) time for a fresh new start, i guess . whats better than to start of a new year with than ..... a ... brand new bike ??!?! i guess . !!! hahaha .

watch out for the arrival of the "ghostrider" .

ramadhan kembali

its my first entry since the start of Ramadhan, and its been 5 days since it started. so begins the cycle of hunger and kenyang for days to come. pagi lapar, malam kenyang. itu pun kalo makan banyak time berbuka. but so far, makan sahur and buka je. nothing in between.

i want to mention something. that is last 2 ramadhan, i had one of the most painful episode of puasa. i had a major lower abdominal pain that hindered me to fat nor terawikh. later i found out that it was a bladder stone. i remembered being missing for a week from class and people mistaken me for having a broken back (patah pinggang)!!.

so enough of those. i still keep it in check through my urine to ensure that things will not happen again. its just that since ur in 'fast' mode (no punts intended!), u have less water to consume, which increases the risk of that thing to happen again.

but i keep it positive. even with the major workload and stress level that is sure to increase after these (qs lagi sorg dh cabut, so aku wat keje dier laa ....) hope this Ramadhan will teach me a big lesson in life, which i bet u guys that i definitely need it. early time to go home implemented by the office (thanks to big boss) to all muslim doesnt actually help much, except for when in times where not many people and work.

i manage to escape from the office quite early yesterday. now thats a first !

flavour !

looks like i've been hit with that bug again. u know, the bug that usually hit someone while they were driving/ riding . it hit me while i was riding home form cherating, and this resulted in me becoming : malas .

not much happened within the past 2 weeks.

my sista from saudi just got back

my boss got a major viral infection (doctor asked her to remain home for a week, that means i'm literally out of work)

same routine at the office, minus the actual urgent work.

went to see a friend of mine's passing out (bukan mati eh, tamat latihan)

went to see me lady

went to see that other lady ...

boss still not back even after more than a week.

drove around like a maniac using my MD's car. hahahahahaha !!!! merc AMG !

went to see Perkad & later lepak kedai si kampit.

i also manage to squeeze in some time to do a lil' workout just to ensure i set my pace for my goal early and its continous.

picked up a book (an actual book!) and started to read !

meet up wit some potential client's for my small business

and, thats it !

committed

its best to say that a good motivation is all that is needed to get someone to do something. and guess what. ..... today i just got the best motivation to start something. it is clear that since april (where i started working in the office) i'm starting to develop the typical office working condition syndrom. lack of exercise. and it is showing.

for start. its the pants . out of the three that i usually wear to work, one of them started to shrink (blaming it on the washing machine!!!). usually i manage to have a slight gap everytime i zip em up, but this time around...... u get the picture.

then, there's the ever vocal people that surrounds u. mostly from those who hasn't seen u for quite a while. it usually start like this : "amar, ko makin sehat ah!" , which incidentally i just heard a couple of days ago from a long time friend of mine who's been missing for some time.

i definitely admit that the hours usually spent doing exercises and training and sports are far less now compared to earlier this year. most of them are now being replace with less physical activities such as bersidai sane sini, borak and bisnes on weekend (ehem, ehem....) eventhough working out and joggin' and runnin' and weight trainin' in the weekend helps me to control it, but the cummulative effect of the 24hr x 5 days of non-rigourous work definitely doesn't help. the least is that i manage to slow down the so called "cummulative effect"

SO, what i decided to do is. starting August :

1. start to live a healthier lifestyle. no late nights entertainment. early sleep.

2. 20 min of indoor workout daily / 2days . sit ups, squats, push ups, 15kg weights.

3. bowel control. no more makan ikut suke ati, or jadik MBSA/Alam Flora (mem"bersih"kan pinggan org lain)
"nasi goreng 2.50 = rm 2.50, teh o ais = 1.50, orang blanje makan = priceless"



4. leisure activities cut down. budget deficit on a monthly basis gotta stop, or divert the budget allocation into more useful n meaningful activities.

5. solat sunat lebih2kn .

6. bulan puasa dh dekat, nanti dah puase lg makin kering ko jadik. so need to bulk up on the muscle mass by end of august (high protien?)

7. goal is to reach better physical and health condition by october/ mid november. how do i determine that i've manage to achieve it, u say ? well, tahts for me to decide and for u guys to find out later. hahahahahahahhahaa !!!!!!!!!!!

ok back to the earlier story. my motivation. simple actually. current employment with my modelling agency is up til end of this year. so, to continue, i just need to show that i'm worth their time and money to be employed !
